The EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, which requires very large companies to identify and address human rights and environmental harms in their operations and chains of activities. After the Omnibus I changes adopted in 2026, it covers companies with more than 5,000 employees and over €1.5 billion turnover, with obligations applying from July 2029.
