Publication of financial reports: Federal Office of Justice imposes disciplinary fine on BayWa Aktiengesellschaft
On 6 November 2025, the Federal Office of Justice imposed a disciplinary fine of EUR 2,500 on BayWa Aktiengesellschaft for failing to submit its consolidated accounting documents for the 2024 financial year to the operator of the German Federal Gazette within the prescribed period, in breach of section 325 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
