Décision n° 500384 - Conseil d'État

The Conseil d'État rejected the request by several associations to annul a decree classifying a major plastics recycling plant project as a project of major national interest and recognizing an overriding reason of major public interest. The court found the project contributes significantly to French and European recycling policy and meets the legal criteria for such classification.
