Closing Letter to Marketing Holders

The FTC issued a closing letter to Marketing Holders LLC regarding unqualified 'Made in U.S.A.' claims for acrylic products. The company was found to have overstated the U.S. origin of its products, some of which were made or assembled in China. The FTC reminded the company of its obligations under Section 5 of the FTC Act and Section 45a.
