ASIC v LGSS Pty Ltd (No 3) - Judgment
Federal Court imposed a $10.5 million civil penalty on LGSS Pty Ltd (Active Super) for making false and misleading environmental claims (greenwashing) in contravention of the ASIC Act. The Court also ordered an adverse publicity notice to be published to fund members.
