These entries are based on publicly reported regulatory actions, court rulings, or consumer-protection interventions relating to environmental/sustainability (green) claims.

  1. JBS USA – “Net Zero by 2040” claim found misleading; settled with the New York Attorney General in 2024.

  2. DWS (Deutsche Bank Asset Management) – fined €25 million by German regulator BaFin in 2024 over ESG/greenwashing disclosure failures.

  3. KLM – Amsterdam District Court (2024) ruled that “sustainable flying / Fly Responsibly” advertising misled consumers under EU law.

  4. Air France – included in the 2024 European Commission / CPC network action requiring airlines to amend environmental claims.
